Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All parcels are shipped with Australia Post.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

Standard shipping: $10 (approx. 3-15 business days) 

Express shipping: $15 (approx. 2-10 business days)

Any orders over $140 will receive free standard shipping. 

New Zealand: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $25 (AUD).

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our flat rate international shipping fee is $40 (AUD).

Please note that International orders may be subject to additional customs, taxes and duties, and these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

RETURNS

All sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds.

All items are second hand and may show signs of wear. All items are washed before sale. Any significant signs of wear will be mentioned in the item description.
